Hatchet II VHS cover with a bloodied hand gripping a hatchet
2010

Hatchet II. Unrated. In theaters.

We put an unrated slasher into more than sixty AMC theaters, the first horror film to go wide unrated since Dawn of the Dead in 1978. It lasted one weekend before it got pulled.
Zero regrets. We go on to release Hatchet III and Victor Crowley.
